All comments are welcome. Anonymous posts are fine. We live in a small community and putting your name to a less than flattering post can work against you. That said, we will not tolerate slander, libel or bad taste.
Please try to have some facts if you make a statement. Nothing is worse than a battle of wits when your unarmed. Email is available and confidentiality is promised to anyone who would like to contribute.

Is there anything prohibiting a minimum attendance requirement or number of votes requirement for all town votes.......other than people showing up to raise it to a vote?
Minimum Attendance
There is no quorum required for any town meeting in Mendon, assuming that is your question. If two people show up, they could vote and the result would apply to the other 6000+ residents.
There once was a special town meeting held in a Ford Bronco in the Senior Center parking lot.
